Usually, we end up owning what is said and add it to our identity either as 'good/bad' or 'acceptable/unacceptable'. The mind creates this division and actively splits everything within because it has never been introduced to a holistic view. One where, we are not for or against, agreeing or disagreeing, liking and disliking.....
By connecting within we see that at the core of our thoughts, root of our actions and center of our being sits a craving for unconditional expression and acceptance. When the idea of what we should or shouldn't be is removed, the experience of being loved in our entirety is felt.
The irony of using our freedom to constantly update images of people (in our mind) with opinions, conclusions, judgements, etc is the very act that does not release our thinking space from them. In the moment of instant attachment our liberty is compromised as we give away part of it by using it.
The ground where we are unfailingly linked is constantly present yet not visible. It is where we have the freedom to plant and grow as we wish, the place where we own everything and meet everyone.
An unknown realm opened itself today and these words did not resist making their way on the blank pages of my diary.
